No specs yet -- most big vendors still don't have T4 units available quite yet for general sales. Rumor has it HP will have them for sale next week.

I' sure there are a few vendors out there already. Some of us are bound to use so-called "preferred" vendors because of otherwise needing to do bids and the like. In our case, Dell is a big one and they are not shipping them yet. It's not like I have a bid wad of cash to sepnd anytime soon, anyway!

Does $2450 sound right pricing wise?

Nice! I’ve got a Dell 38” curved on my house desk and dual Dell 34” curved in my office. Nice monitors.

Qty 1 left: Tesla T4 on ebay. The seller even has a copy of his original invoice. https://www.ebay.com/itm/163518833211?ul_noapp=true

Probably not eligible for being covered under warranty under those conditions.

    Why not?

Not obtained though a vendor that can provide warranty coverage. A lot of vendors also require you to purchse peripherals from them if they are to be used on their equipment. In some case, it may be possible to certify a warranty or perhaps even transfer it, but I'd be skeptical if that applied to something purchased on eBay.

The seller bought the T4 & some other SM gear from Iron Systems who is an authorized Nvidia & SuperMicro reseller. The auction shows a copy of his invoice.

I'd still check with whatever device you'd be using this on to see if the warranty can be transferred. I only mention all this because I've been burned in the past with getting parts from other sources and finding out thre were support issues after-the-fact. Caveat emptor! 🙂

If I’m looking for a lab Windows Storage Spaces server, I see... 3 NVME ports? Or is it just 2? It’s unclear from the spec sheet. (It would be exciting for 3!)

Not sure, since this is not the best documented thing! I think I only can spot two.

    Ah, maybe 3 after all.

I see 3, spec sheet implies 2... and one isn’t a NVME but a SATA slot
