    Hi everyone, has anyone evaluated a good learning management system (LMS). We are a SaaS based Indian company having 700 employees across India, SEA, MEA and US. Currently we are using Northpass basic and have already taken demos for Docebo, Mindatickle and Courseplay. Any inputs on these or any suggestions for trying out some more service providers.

    Good morning. I am willing to take up course on WORKDAY and to get job opportunities. I have worked almost 5 plus years but didnโ€™t get the opportunity to work with any of the HR tools. I have been laid off recently. Took interviews but failed. May be I should still learn more. Can anyone guide me through this situation to boost my career and make the interviews go better. What are things to be kept in mind or rather questions to be out forward to the vendor while discussing the same.     Hello! I want to understand what are workplace practices according the indian labour law to provide creche and nursing breaks to mothers. As per the maternity act, I think they are eligible for 2 breaks every day for the prescribe duration for nursing until age 15. Questions below- 1. If it Work from anywhere- a. does company need to provide creche benefit in the local location or reimbursement? b. if nursing break applicable? 2. If hybrid or full onsite- a. company has to be provide creche benefit either in the form of reimbursement or daycare partnership? b. is the nursing break applicable for someone to go home breastfeed and come back to work? c. or does company need to provide benefit for milk transportation after breastfeeding? 3. If company has co working space only- a. what are the creche benefits to be provided by the company? b. what about nursing breaks? 4. Who defines the duration of nursing breaks- company? dont think there is any duration mentioned in the law

    Hey everyone, any suggestions for a leave management tool which has the approval process within its Slack integration? Have been using Flamingo till now which was free but they will start charging from May. Would prefer free one but in case of paid version can consider $1.5 per user per month.
