Morning everyone. Which journals should I read to get up to date with the latest research in the HR space?

Some general guidelines for all members, especially the new members: • Don't post the same post in more than one channel - only post in the channel most relevant for the post. Hello! I want to understand what are workplace practices according the indian labour law to provide creche and nursing breaks to mothers. As per the maternity act, I think they are eligible for 2 breaks every day for the prescribe duration for nursing until age 15. Questions below- 1. If it Work from anywhere- a. does company need to provide creche benefit in the local location or reimbursement? b. if nursing break applicable? 2. If hybrid or full onsite- a. company has to be provide creche benefit either in the form of reimbursement or daycare partnership? b. is the nursing break applicable for someone to go home breastfeed and come back to work? c. or does company need to provide benefit for milk transportation after breastfeeding? 3. If company has co working space only- a. what are the creche benefits to be provided by the company? b. what about nursing breaks? 4. Who defines the duration of nursing breaks- company? dont think there is any duration mentioned in the law
