    @Anupama offer to joining ratio is directly proportionate to employee experience, you can improve employee experience by creating better and inclusive culture and you can use the feedback of the candidate who is declining the offer which can give you some analytical insights. Few tips you are use are.. 1. Offering competitive compensation. 2. Engage them by sharing the culture of the company like some pics of employee engagement activities. 3. Offer remote working if the job position allows. 4. Align his career objective or aspirations with their job role 5. Regular communication, this can help you to engage the candidate. 6. Registering a copy of the equal opportunity policy with the Chief Commissioner, or the State Commissioner as prescribed under Section 21(2) of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. 2.
