    Hi Everyone, This is regarding a conceptual project I am working on. I wanted to pose this question to the employer branding and community building specialists in this group (If you have some insights even if you're not from this domain please feel free to share I would really appreciate it), I wanted to understand what formats of content seem to give the best results in terms of talent engagement in your own experience and on which platforms? Also, how do you filter out the noize to reach your target audience?

    Hello @Mahesh Thank you so much for doing this AMA with us on The Shape of Work. Here are some of my questions: 1. What do you think about 360 employee evaluation? pros/cons? Can have issues of people not giving valid feedback and not everyone is ready to take feedback 2. One way to solve recruiting challenge is to nurture people but then you end up having too many juniors/freshers - how do you train them? seniors will get bored of training and will want to learn. How do you solve the challenge of training? 3. Weekly vs Bi weekly salary - Pros/Cons

    For someone who is selected as a backup candidate in case the candidate who has been made an offer but can back out, how does one undertake conversations around letting them know what they are essentially the second choice? Also, how do you ensure that you keep them close so that one can initiate joining proceedings at a later date?
