    Hi everyone! Curious to know , how mid size product companies have been responding to wfh or remote working policies. Though hybrid and remote working has been encouraged for the past 2 yrs, has there been any shift now. Are you continuing hybrid policies / shifted completely remote / bringing back employees to the office regularly.

    Hello friends, I am looking to review and gain process insight on some alternate performance appraisal processes. 360 degree I have already launched but that's only for behavioral feedback. Few companies have completely gone away from performance appraisal and have launched periodic feedback but in this case I would like to know how do we decide on salary appraisal or promotion? Likewise, any other methodology you are following. Open for discussion. Looking forward to some great knowledge exchange. Cheers

    Ethical dilemma question: Someone I know has recently switched jobs - I know for a fact that they lied on their CV, because they reached out to me for a fake reference (that I refused, obviously). Their excuse was that their friend had created their CV and 'embellished' certain details. Now, is it my responsibility to warn the new employer or should I just let them find out for themselves that their employee has been faking it?
