Hello there, I know free version of RS has some limitations. I just wondering a few things: • whether the 1000 events/min limitation is for sending events to a source or for a source to destination or for both combined • for example, I have multiple environments, and each environment has 2 sources and multiple destinations, the 1000 events/min is for whole platform or single environment or single pipeline • when a single pipeline exceeds the 1000 events/min, what will happen for those exceeded message, will there be any scheduled resending in next minute or the data is lost • is there any kind of reminder when one of limitations is breached, eg 1000 events/min or 5 million/month Thanks

Hey guys, we found that when using GA4 as a destination it seems to loose all the users infos. The event are received but aren't associated with users. Is there a fix for that apart from using the device-mode ?

Hi, we're seeing multiple entries written to our warehouse (clickhouse) with the same id - this is even after we added the

DEDUP_ENABLE_DEDUP

flag on our server. Any idea as to what might cause this? im unable to replicate this locally • try sending an event from js sdk with rudderstack service down • bring rudderstack service up - see how many duplicates get sent to the server (saw only one going through)

Hi, after integrating the HubSpot v3 destination (according to Docs) it seems as if no new contacts are added or updated by the identify call (via js SDK) am I missing something? is there an extra step that is not mentioned in the docs? does it support updating contacts via the identify at all?

Hi there, we reached the 5M event hard limit, we are now locked out of the account. We want to look into the situation (it seems abnormal, something must have been badly done on our side) but there is no way to anything instead.. upgrading to Pro plan. Is there any way to restore our access to the UI ? Maybe there is something abnrmal, but maybe we are big enough to want to upgrade to Pro plan, but we cant make this decision without a clear view of the current situation 😕

Hi! I followed the guide to set up Facebook Pixel in cloud mode with Rudderstack. Its a vanilla setup with no transformations. I see some events in the Admanager, but also getting these warnings:

You're sending the external_ID parameter for your PageView event from your server, but you're not sending the external_ID parameter for this event from your pixel. If you send external_ID for an event from your server, you must send it from your pixel as well in order for that event to be valid.

What does that mean exactly? I thought it was only running in cloud mode

Hi, I am evaluating RudderStack open source for use within AWS. I feel like I am misunderstanding the documentation. 1. Does using rudderstack opensource and self-hosted config creator means we can't have transformations? 2. Using the hosted control plane would mean we can't share the control plane with a team as you can't add members? Hosted control plane URL also gets ad-blocked in the sdk load.

Hi again, I have a question thats not directly related to Rudderstack, but hoping someone here can help educate me: I have set up facebook pixel with Ruddderstack, and mapped my event called “generate_lead” to the standard Facebook “Lead” event. Looking at the data in Facebook I am a bit confused. The “Lead Form” event looks to have all the data. 14 leads is accurate to the records in our own database. What confused me are the other ones, what are they, and whats the difference between these?

Hi Team I am trying out Rudderstack (free plan) to send events from a react native app to Amplitude. When I try to initialize rudderstack using the simulator, I don't see any error. However, I am unable to see the live events on the dashboard - even after 1 min latency. Is this expected on the free plan? Check out the screenshots below:

Hello Team, We are using Rudderstack for a couple for month already, but last week we faced a serious issue. Setup: We have 2 Sources “Backend” and “Backend - Staging” and 2 destinations “Slack” and “Slack - Staging”. Each of these sources is connected to it’s corresponding destination (“Backend” -> “Slack” and “Backend - Staging” -> “Slack - Staging”). In this setup, every event which goes to Backend, should appear in the connected Slack channel.

The issue: The issue we face, is that since lsat week, we see Backend events in “Slack - Staging”. Even worse, sometimes we see tha same event in both destinations “Slack” and “Slack - Staging”
