Hello, once more! I am struggling with the pipedrive ETL connection. I keep getting errors, especially in the "deals" object, but that was not a major concern. What is troubling though, is that yesterday's sync never completed. It lasted for a whole day, and I had to manually stop it. Restarting it today has not fixed things, as it's taking an hour to sync 115 records from the "activity" object. Has anyone had the same problem?

value. It is actually the same as the

anonymousId

, but we havent set any

userId

value in the source. Any idea why this is showing up in the destination?

Both pipelines I set up with Rudderstack to send data from Pipedrive and Chargebee to BigQuery seem to be stuck in a "waiting" stage since yesterday. Can anyone help me troubleshoot this? I am trying out this tool for a couple of weeks now, but it seems to be unreliable.

Hey team, hoping to get some help on using Rudderstack. Where we are now: We're currntly using RudderStack-hosted: RudderStack hosts both Control Plane and Data Plane to learn and test. Where we want to go: We want to move to RudderStack hosting the Control Plane and the user hosts the Data Plane. We've setup the Data Plane on Kubernetes and it seems to be working fine without errors. The rudderWorkspaceToken from the Rudderstack hosted Control Plane has been set in our k8s setup. Unsure of what to do next, how do we switch the Data Plane to our user hosted one?

Hello, I am trying to track and event and then redirect to an external URL. The redirect seems to be cancelling the track call. I tried to implement the redirect as a callback on the track function but that didn't work as the callback is called before the queue is finished. Any ideas here?

Hi, I think I might have created the wrong type of account when signing up. I'm trying to set up a Pipedrive source connection and am going through the following process: 1. I've logged in via my work Google account 2. Click on "Add source" 3. Scroll down to "Cloud Extract" and pick "Pipedrive" 4. Nothing happens - presumabely due to the "Only available in RudderStack Cloud" message 5. Upon clicking on "Contact Sales", I get directed to https://www.rudderstack.com/pricing/ 6. Click on "Sign Up for Free" under the Free segment 7. Click on "Sign up with Google" 8. I get brought back to the initial screen where I'm logged in (and can thus go through the entire listed process again) My presumption is that I created a incorrect type of account, and when I try to sign up using the same email, I just get logged in to the same incorrect account. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi all, I’m having trouble figuring out why I can’t get page views working with Amplitude. I don’t want distinct event names for every page, but rather just a Viewed Page event. Under configuration I have Track all pages on, and Track Named Pages off, but when I view the live feed in Amplitude, I only see ‘named page’ and not the ‘Page Viewed’ event. I’m using

This is how I understand them: • total = total order value: ◦ + tax ◦ + shipping cost ◦ - cupons ◦ - discounts • subtotal = total order value: ◦ no tax ◦ no shipping ◦ - cupons ◦ - discounts • revenue = total order value: ◦ no tax ◦ no shipping ◦ - cupons ◦ - discounts Subtotal and revenue seem the same. I would like to understand the difference and if we understand it right. Do we need to populate all three? and how are those three translated over to GA3 and later GA4 in the future.
