Hello, I am trying to set up a BigQuery destination with JS SDK as a source. I have successfully done this before, and I copied the configuration exactly, changing only the destination tablename. However, no data is being passed to BigQuery (or even cloud storage), and Live Events is showing empty payloads for each event. To troubleshoot, i set up a Slack destination, and the payloads are coming through perfectly.

Hi there! I was just taking a look at setting this up with docker and was a little confused by the docker instructions requiring Go and Node... shouldn't the only requirement be docker / docker-compose?

I'm wondering if there are some steps I'm missing here because further in the instructions we're supposed to have the github repo available to run the

Hi. I recently connected my Netsuite ERP to a MSSSQL on my local mac. It says the connection is fine and I started a sync, but there are no messages in the live events, and I do not see much progress in the sync screen (when I look under Sources / Syncs). There is no information in the Syncs left hand menu. So looks to me my connection is not working, but I do not know where to look for error messages or issues? Thanks

Hi all, quick question. Let’s assume my users are landing on a page with UTM tags in the qp. This page has ruddestack so I am expecting to have these values in my page track too. Now, the user moves to another page, maybe on a different subdomain, and obviously the url will contain a different Query params, maybe none. On this 2nd page (always with rudderstack), will the same UTM tags attached to the subsequent .page() calls somehow ?

Hello, we have setup rudderstack on our shopify website. We allows visitors to register to our newsletter through a klaviyo form and they can also book a meeting with calendly. Which parameters should we use in the identify call? Rigth now, after a purchase on shopify, we call rudderstack.identify with shopify user_id as the user_id. What should we use after a klaviyo form submission? Klaviyo user_id? email? What should we use after a calendly meeting registration? email? In other words, is it ok to call identify with different userId (coming from differents systems) for the same user email?

Hello, anyone had encounter a situation where data never sync to BQ dataset? the logs are saved in GCS, the entries in syncs menu stay in status "waiting", they never gets executed (saved). No error logs at the destination level.

general question - there are certain tools wherre I will only want to send a subset of eventss (ie. for the experimentation tool - i'll only want to send major lifecycle events like the initial 'identify' & 'purchase' events).

We have Slack as a source and would like to format the event tracking messages with new lines. Right now we are only able to get messages in the format:

and we'd like to instead get:

Hi I deployed rudderstack helm in single replica with config generator and I have a google analytics destination along others. All the other destinations work properly except google analytics which events will not reach google analytics. I had checked my tracking code and it was fine. There is no error in rudderstack logs, but the
