Hello everyone, We are utilizing the JS SDK and Server SDK to create an event stream for user activities on our web properties. The JS SDK is responsible for handling all client events, while the Server SDK is responsible for the purchase event. To ensure the server purchase event is associated with the browsing session in which it occurred, we are using the

getSessionId

method to retrieve the ID and store it with our order metadata. However, we are wondering if there are any other values we should capture in the client when a purchase takes place and include in the server purchase event, such as an anonymous ID. Please let us know if you have any suggestions.

All worked fine for weeks or months, but 3 days ago we stopped receiving events in Redshift. Stuck at generating_load_files state on changing up event name format We recently started using rudderstack and have been following a "space separated first-letter-capitalized words" format. Eg; "Product Liked". The destination warehouse that we have connected is Clickhouse and rudderstack has been saving data in track and corresponding event tables, corresponding to the earlier example event, in "product_liked" table. But now we are trying to move to an all caps snake case format, Eg; "PRODUCT_LIKED". On trying this, Rudderstack has as expected identified the same table, "product_liked" along with the the track table but has seemingly stuck at the generating_load_files state. See attached screenshot.

We wanted to ask a few questions regarding the integration process: • It looks like the Rust SDK is mainly geared towards servers, is there anything special we should do to use it in a client? We plan to generate a randomized ID and persist it. • We’re seeing a bit of a delay on startup and when sending events (693ms on startup + event, 164ms on events). We were planning on perhaps loading the SDK on a separate thread and sending messages to it to send events. Any ideas / suggestions there? • We want to preserve privacy as much as possible (randomize IDs, avoid exposing any PII), anything special we should do there? Thank you!

Hi everyone, We just started using Rudderstack and have a question. We have our own Shopify app, I found how to track Shopify store activities with Rudderstack but I'm wondering if there's a solution to also do the same to understand better our Shopify app performance as we run ads for it on different channels but once people land on the Shopify platform it's a mystery what happens next and how our actions impact app installations.
