    Hi I connected RudderStack to PostHog. It is slowly sending events into PostHog. Is there a way to dump historical data from Rudderstack into PostHog, and get insights immediately?

    Hey - Im in B2B and we have some important sources where we don’t have an identifier for the individual user but only the account/company. How can we go about this? E.g. from a source, we have a booking event with the company id and booking number but not the individual who did it. Example for create a booking with properties “company_name”: RudderStack, booking_id: “123" We may have done a group call in the past so we know that BigBoss@rudderstack.com is attached to company = RudderStack. I think I’m looking for a track call but in the scope of group/account level. I am aware that almost all destinations need the user identifier.

    Wondering if anyone has seen this issue before. It's happening to us in production and seems to be crashing our instances. This is a React/Remix application and we're proxying events through Cloudflare.

    We have a daily reverse ETL sync that has been running for ~27 hours - but not a single row actually synced. Is there somewhere we can cancel it? Today's sync is now backed up behind it, "preparing" to send records.

    Rudderstack API was down , today since around "11.30 UTC" , the DNS api.rudderlabs.com was not revolving, the tracker was not able to get the writing key from the control plane. There was no warning or anything on https://status.rudderstack.com/

    Hello! We are trying to get events in to redshift in realtime and noticed this feature request regarding streaming (https://feature-request.rudderstack.com/feature-requests/p/support-for-real-time-analytics-with-amazon-redshift-streaming-ingestion) Is there something like this in the pipeline? Or is a rudderstack -> firehose -> redshift the only available route? Or is there a way to lower the sync to a smaller period than 30mins? (sorry lots of questions :O)

    How complicated is it to add new destinations if they don't already exist for Rudderstack? • I'm using Ortto right now for email marketing and RS doesn't have that, Kimmo said he'll try and set up a POC for me which is 👌 • I've seen some other tools (flywheel) that i'd love to use that have segment but don't have RS integrations Given RS is literally a copy/paste of segment sdk - is there a quick way to hack these in from my own side?

    Hi all, We are using a self hosted data plane setup with Kubernetes on EKS and are currently seeing that syncs to Snowflake are not able to keep up with realtime data. Each sync will sync a variable timeframe of data anywhere between 7 minutes worth up to a couple of hours depending on traffic and event load which means that right now Snowflake is a full 24 hours behind. We've tried increasing the number of workers, replicas and memory limits in values.yaml and rudder-config.yaml but it does not seem to make much of a difference. Additionally (and maybe relatedly) the transformer pod is regularly crashing and restarting. kubectl describe pod stats that the last state of

    Hi there, I'm trying to setup a kafka destination (SASL) and am receiving some very cryptic error messages when connecting. I have verified the credentials and connectivity locally by connecting a consumer and producer. Would love some help pointing us in the right direction so that we can continue to test if rudderstack is a viable option for us.

    Hello, I noticed the Shopify source doc has a note that it's in Maintenance Mode and not to make any changes. Unfortunately I did just that earlier and now see that most of the server events are not being picked up. I'm probably going to reset everything and start over, but if this doesn't work is there a timeline for when Maintenance will be complete or another fix I could use here?

    Hey, I am trying to setup track event to Mixpanel from PHP SDK, even super basic one. I see this event triggers on RudderStack PHP Source side, but it doesn't appear on Mixapanel. Identify, Page, Alias calls are working perfectly but track does not, any suggestions what might be the issue here?
