    Hello Team, I have checked in the rudderstack documentation there are Contextual fields which give additional information about a particular event. We are using Rudderstack opensouce solution but the Contextual fields are not included in event data structure. Please suggest how we can get access of contextual fields data. Thanks

    Hi Team, we have WebEngage and a PostrgeSQL warehouse as our destinations and they both are connected to a source (our PHP server). but the data stored in WebEngage is around 25% less than the data we are storing in our warehouse. I have not seen a single error in WebEngage Live Events but it still has fewer events. how can I identify the problem?

    Hi team, We are using Rudderstack integrated with Spring boot microservice using the below dependency <dependency> <groupId>com.rudderstack.sdk.java</groupId> <artifactId>rudderanalytics-client</artifactId> <version>1.0.1</version> </dependency> The Rudderstack is able to receive the events trigger from back-end service successfully and the events are further sent to Leanplum as well through rudderstack. But we are getting the below error while sending the events from Rudderstack to Adjust. It fails on Adjust target with below 400 error. Can you please assist?

    I’ve setup the Rudderstack Javascript SDK in React into a Hybrid Mode GA4 Destination, and am getting getting double the user count in GA4 realtime view. The only thing that I’ve been able to see that could cause this is looking at the Cloud events, I notice that sometimes my events will get forward 1st one event will send with

    anonymousId
    , and then following events will use the a 
    client_id = integrations."Google Analytics 4".clientId
    . Does anyone know how to mitigate this?

    Hi team, We are using rudderstack managed - growth plan. We have a previous sync which has been failing due to db constrains for 4-5 days. We have retriggered it after removing the db limitations, it seems to be stuck behind more recent syncs. Is there any way to prioritize a particular sync ?

    Hello, I have Historical Data Reports in Shopify, that I am hoping to move onto Rudderstack daily as they update. Is there a way to do that? The client is currently exporting the pre built reports daily in csv format and uploading them into an S3 instance, but I am hoping Rudderstack can replace that process.

    Hello, I'd like to set up a stream from my website to BigQuery. To do it I must use a cloud mode. I undestand that the RudderStack SDK send the event data directly to the RudderStack server (backend), and after that the event is routed to the destination (BigQuery). I'd like to know where (in wich country) the RudderStack server is hosted? in US? Europe? Is it possible to choose the server location?

    👋 Hi there. I’m evaluating Rudderstack and have been sending some test events with the go client. It appears that if you provide a specific value for 
    Timestamp
    on the 
    Track
    event that the value does not make its way to the destinations (Amplitude in my case). Instead, we always get the time the event was sent. I think this is because the field should serialize to 
    originalTimestamp
    (as per Common fields docs) , and not 
    timestamp
    as it currently does (code). Also, the supposedly required 
    sentAt
    field is not sent by this client, but it seems to still work? I’ve made the 
    originalTimestamp
    change in a fork and it appears to work as desired, but I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong, and if the official golang client is production ready. Thanks!

    Hey there! We're having trouble sending conversion events to Google Ads. The current configuration is shown in screenshots 1 and 2 (we also have remarketing and 'track conversions' enabled). After we activated this destination an error started to popup on the console: 
    Event name not present
    , coming from the logUtil.js file (see 3rd screenshot). We haven't been able to verify the conversion action inside Google Ads (see 4th screenshot). Maybe I didn't configure this destination the right way? What am I not seeing? I've seen several comments from people having similar issues, so was wondering if perhaps there's something else to be done, or if I should just implement the gtag my self (that's the last option I'd like to try). In any case, thanks for the help in advance!

    Hi, I just started exploring rudderstack using the free cloud version. I want to use bigquery as destination and after setting it up I see all the verification done successfully. I have created an HTTP as source and using the rudderstack postman collection to send the events replacing the writekey and dataplane url to the one that I see on the top of connections page. I have a couple of questions: 1. Am I missing any step for setting up rudderstack cloud destination - I do see the rudder-test-payload folder created in gcs bucket but I don’t see dataset or tables created in bigquery? Is this expected? 2. I get 200 ok on sending the events via postman but no data shows in rudderstack cloud ui as well as in bigquery as there are no tables.

    Hey RudderStack support. There are mentions of “device-mode transformations” in various threads here. Has that feature been launched or is it still in beta? I see conflicting info in the docs… The

    page says “Use cloud mode if you wish to use the Transformations feature to transform your events before sending them to the destination.” While the 
    Transformations FAQ
    page has a whole section on
