Hey, a bit off to regular discussion here but I switched to a plant based diet this week! Nutrition in general has been a topic of interest for me past few months. Does anyone here follows a special diet or knows more about stuff to try with plant based meals.

I've only worked from one coworking space in India so far in Bangalore. I'm interested in understanding if other community spaces have a community feel to them. Pockets of people (employees of the same company) engage with each other, but there seems to be less interaction between people that aren't working for the same company. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Also, we're staying in Mumbai 11th Nov - 9th Dec. We're looking to stay from Santa Cruz to Dadar. Anyone any ideas on where to check for accom that isn't airbnb or FB? We're starting to struggle to find apartments with decent wifi + a private area.

I have a problem with coworking spaces - Unless you get yourself a private cabin, its really uncomfortable. More often than not, it becomes way more noisier than I'd like!

Personally I have never worked from a co working space. The whole idea just doesn’t appeal to me. Initially I thought that I’d work from home. But soon I realized that it’s not going to work out. I want to keep the place I work and the place I relax, separate. So, currently I work from cafes. It’s a mix bag. I like that I see variety of people. And I’ve had lots unique experiences talking to people. But sometimes it just gets too crowded.

Interaction between companies in a coworking space is definitely limited. My interactions have mostly been with smaller startups, freelancers or remote workers and they do tend to be open for regular discussions/interactions. I have worked from home for more than 2 years and wouldn't probably go back. The noise factor affecting focused work does depend on the coworking space. I work from a dedicated space and it ends up being too quite at times 😅

Hey, I want to talk one-to-one about career, trajectory and choices, just to get some clarity and course-correction. It will be a 30 min session max and we can share questions. Anyone up this week?

I have this e-residency. Careful with India's taxation laws. If the company is foreign, but "place of effective management" is in india, you will be taxed at 40%. Compared to that, indian startups get taxed at 17%.
