    It got kinda lonely here in Visakhapatnam and I started biking around for some fun and kaboom, I made some good friends with other cyclists here and we try to do a long ride or two every weekend ๐Ÿ™‚ I recently did my first 100KM.

    Today was nice ride. I've climbed up this hill that nobody knows of, is closed and still under "construction". It's basically a new IT hub area coming up in Vizag. I sneaked in when going in, but when coming out the security guard saw me and gave me a thumbs up for my effort of climbing xD Climbing it was tough, but once I did it, it was beautiful.     Just out of the gym. Have been consistent for 6 weeks now, longest Iโ€™ve been consistent Last month I completed 1 more item from my impossible list of running 21k Have applied principles of atomic habits, which was the first read of the year

    Started with an interesting 5 * 5 Gym routine finally by learning about it early in the year and buying a basic course from Elliot hulse. On week 2 now. It's about spending the least possible time in the gym, building the right strength, foundation and lifting heavy and then muscles etc. Realized, Stronglifts has mind-blowing content on it too on blog, youtube etc, all free. Highly recommended Will continue for 3-6 months minimum and check stats and progress https://stronglifts.com/5x5/

    4 weeks finished in 5 by 5 programme and going strong still. However, realized I'm gaining some fat too along with muscle and need to focus on diet aspects too. Looking for a nutritionist/dietician for the same - if anyone knows, do connect
