Ya I ran into that issue on a few of my modules. I had to force things to run as root as a work around, didn't think to downgrade the image version. It had something to do with PIDFile validations systemd started doing and systemd doesn't like the cgroup structure imposed when running in a container under Docker. Ugly hacks to run as root to avoid same issue: https://github.com/treydock/puppet-munge/blob/master/spec/spec_helper_acceptance_setup.rb. I'm still doing things the hard way where I statically map acceptance test sets from static YAML that is synced by PDK.

TBH, that is also one of the other handy things about extlib. We don't have to wait for umm... Perforce?? to do a release.

I have PR that's been approved - https://github.com/voxpupuli/puppet-letsencrypt/pull/277 - but it is backwards incompatible so wasn't sure if okay to merge and do major bump RC release or if folks wanted other things to get merged and released that won't require a major version bump
