Does anyone have any suggestions for great meeting room audio solutions? I’m finding the hybrid meeting dynamic really hard when I’m wfh (which I then have to be super conscious of when I’m running the same meetings in the office). I’m less worried about video quality, but more that people can be heard and understood. This has to be something that’s possible to solve…!

Our fellow Ops Stories member is looking to understand the potential career avenues they have, based on a couple of years of low-depth, high breadth operations experience across a variety of areas at an early stage startup: hiring, finance, sales, fundraising, business planning, company management... Hi everyone! We need to do a processes audit on one of our markets that's been allowed to go a bit wild west for too long. Everything from setting up Salesforce orders to contract templates they use with clients, to how they communicate with other markets. Has anyone ever done something similar, and have a template or some docs I could leverage? The complexity is that we transitioned to a remote working company with co-working memberships to facilitate out of home working and team meet ups, some people expense travel to these meet ups and some don't.
