Has anyone come upon a great co-working space in central London that a) isn't getting super crowded b) can be booked by the day via Hubble or another tool c) has sufficient phone booths for calls? We were using Labs in Holborn until now but its getting quite crowded as more people return to working from an office and its also often booked out these days... Also, lots of co-working spaces and offices without phone booths. Do people just take their calls from their desks? Lots of my team have meetings and calls all day, how do people deal with this? We currently use Zendesk+Talkdesk ticketing system (for calls, emails, and chat) but don’t have any sort of chatbot in place to deflect conversations to FAQs and try and answer queries without requiring a human contact. Does anyone have experience of managing an employee moving to another country (for personal reasons- nothing to do with work) but continuing to work for you remotely from there? I'm mainly wondering about benefit and tax implications. Also, can we move them onto a 6 month contract to trial if it will work - we think it will be difficult given her role but want to allow her to give it a go. The 6 month contract option feels like it gives us all an easier out if it isn't working but want to check this is ok to do.

I'm looking for developers to hire within an outsourcing company on a full time basis - does anybody have good recommendations? I've been engaging with iTransition who have been good, they charge £25/hr for a middle weight developer based in Belarus which seems about right but am good to have a plan B/C in the wings I'd asked previously and got some good examples but they were all quite project focused (Sofomo) or too expensive for pure pay outsourced (Ciklum, DataArt) Let me know what you think?
