    Hi Everyone <!here>, I hope everyone is doing well. I feel like this has been asked already, but I cannot find anything in search inbox so here it is - I am looking to set up new employee review process and would love to hear what others have in place currently such as: 1. How often to you run employee reviews - every year or every six months? 2. Do you do any quarterly reviews and if so, what is their purpose? 3. 1:1s - how, after do you run 1:1s with your team members and the structure? 4. Do you set personal development plans for your team? Previously, monthly 1:1s check -in with a reviews on progression every six months worked really well, but I have experienced different setups before so really interested to hear what others are doing - the simpler, the better 😄 thank you 😄

    Hi All - just wanted to flag the survey I’m running again on start-up/scale-up cultures. There’s been a great response so far but it would be great to get more data points so if you haven’t filled it in it only takes 5 minutes!     Hi All! Does anyone here work or have links to the hospitality industry? I'm looking to get in touch with hotels/ hotel chains in regard to the government's decision to mandate hotel isolation for individuals flying home from certain countries.     Happy Friday everyone! We are looking for a way to be able to upload an order with multiple addresses onto Shopify without having to manually do it. We already have the Giftship that allows customers to manually input the different address when placing orders, however we sometimes have corporate clients that just send us an excel spreadsheet with 100+ rows of addresses and we are looking for an efficient way to cope with these. Any ideas are welcome!

    🆘 to a word whizz! I have been battling with a table of contents in a contract (word for mac) for longer than I would care to mention this afternoon and, ultimately defeated🤯, I have ended up having to copy and paste special with no formatting to circumvent the problem. This has worked for now but is not a long term solution as this is a contract we use repeatedly. If you're a pro on word 🤓💡, I would be so grateful for a 10/15 mins screen share and chat to try and resolve this once and for all please! No urgent rush for it to be this afternoon since I've sorted the contract I need to send today. Thank you in advance to any kind souls who can help! 🙏
