Does anyone have any experience of organisation structure in finance/ SaaS companies? We are undergoing a re-org and want a structure that fits globally (role titles have the same clout in each region) ... in finance especially a VP can be a mid-level team lead but also one below the C-suite!

Hi everyone! We are looking into online trade shows as we want to increase our presence with physical retailers. We are not 100% sure we are ready to display and we are looking more into gathering buying/attendees information. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or contacts in retail that you can share? We are looking into stationary and gift shops mainly (some of our currently retailers include Urban Outfitters and Anthropologie). Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙂

I've asked for a quote but they need a minimum 5 employees (we're only planning on hiring 3 or so for now) - does anyone else have any other recommendations for similar companies?
