    ok, this is hopefully working now - ive used the version(...) method you suggested as its just better basically, means i drop support (in hxwidgets) for haxe3, but i dont think thats a huge issue tbh

    If all your apps were in terminal, sure but last time I used them they were cumbersome with GUI apps

    if you have more than four windows open in one monitor, most GUI apps start to scale weirdly and it becomes unwieldy

    exactly, but that doesn't retract my statement really, you'd be constantly resizing the windows unless you're a fullscreen person

    there are pletora of terminal alternatives to the GUI ones and I'm sure they are capable

    Best thing for me in window managers in general, is that they really encourage customization
