    Note for all admin: When we are putting items in the carts for costumes we have to be really careful that if we are adding more/new items the next day, that we put it in the same cart from the previous day. For both Kelle and Weissmans we now have two separate carts. Kelle offers an option to combine carts but weissman does not. Some of the items are different but some overlap so unfortunately it isn’t as easy as just combining the carts and hitting order since theres some overlap and we don’t want to order duplicates of the same thing. Essentially I think best practice for today Caleb will be just to clear the carts and start fresh to ensure everything is ordered properly. You are subbing for me today though so I’m not sure when we will fit this into the work day. I may need to work late tonight just get it ordered. Kelle’s ship date is now even later at 3/02 so we are pushing it closer and closer to not having costumes this season Reminder that for weissmans’s you have to log in and it will show you the carts we have saved, click on the correct one and hit restore before continuing to add to your cart. We did this process for recital costumes last year and will need to be sure to do it again for recital this year to avoid this problem happening again. Let’s please get in the habit of refreshing the workspace each day. One contributing factor to these carts not getting reloaded is that tabs are getting left open which is not prompting the cart restore option, which means it is up to you to then remember to log out and log in to reload it to avoid the error. Let’s minimize workspace to two windows (which can allow for split screening if needed) and as few tabs as needed each day. Tabs that for sure are needed to be opened are as follows: • email • hubspot • admin panel • potentially class schedule for ease of answering questions for new parents that call All other tabs should be exited out of as soon as we are finished using them so we don’t have an overwhelming workspace and so that we also do our best to avoid issues like the one above.     my apologies I was unaware it would create two separate carts. i cleared everything out of the Kelle cart yesterday and started everything over just to be sure i had all the right items/sizes. (for weissmans i re did the cart as well because i didn’t hit “restore cart”) it sounds like you guys have a busy day today so i can come in today and redo the carts to avoid you working late or i can try to do it from home because i don’t want you guys to have to fix that when i was the one who messed it up. i don’t have much going on today so i can even come before everyone starts to get there so it’s done even earlier

    Kelle cart has one “current cart” and one “previous cart”. The current cart is the newest one, but the current one doesn’t have the hip-hop costume pieces, Naomi solo, and I think one or two more pieces, while the previous cart does have those. But the previous sizes may not be correct since it’s before we check the inseams. I’ll have to check with Caleb on how he wants to handle placing the order. I’ll get back to you in a few

    okay let me know. i can come in as soon as i clock out at 2pm. for Kelle specifically when i clicked the links for each separate costume item it would open a whole new window and i added it from there so maybe that’s where i went wrong because it didn’t update

    @admin when you have time, could you work on coming up with some goals for yourself in this role? i.e. what are some things you need to improve on, what are things admin in general needs to improve on, what are some tools we could add, etc. I’d like to go over what you come up with on saturday if there’s time, or some time next week if not.
