• Note on trials be sure to always mention that they will be borrowing a pair of shoes to use for their trial, rather than wording it as if they can purchase them for the trial and listing borrowing as an after thought. We want them to go in without feeling any obligation to continue unless their dancer enjoys the class. Bella Alcaine finished her trial and is continuing with Tumbling and Hip Hop. i was able to cancel her trial on woocommerce but when i try to register for the classes, there is no option. only an option for trials. Kora is also continuing

Reminders for private lessons. See below:

• Emails need to be detailed if they aren’t being charged for certain dates so they can check that every thing is correct. Ex: rather than sending sandy emails stating she is being charged for isabelle for 11/3 and 11/10, we should say that and then also add a note that there is no charge on 11/17 due to their private being cancelled that day and no charge for 11/24 due to thanksgiving break. One is a lot easier for them to double check than the other as it gives them better details and also gives us better records if we ever need to go back and double check charges

• We still need to send a confirmation email even if the balance is $0 as that’s really confusing for the parents (and our records) if we don’t. So Reyna bajaj’s email should just list her dates that she has privates for and then explain that due to her credit her balance is $0 and she will not be charged for this month and that regular billing will recommence in December.

• We should be problem solving any issues with private lesson attendance sheets and then processing rather than simply not sending the emails and waiting. See the solutions we should have implemented saturday below: • Anytime someone’s attendance isn’t marked you need to slack the teacher and simply ask if they were present that day and then process. ◦ Verna and Amrit’s attendance have been updated on my roster. Please update emails and send • If you can not find someone’s attendance sheet you should first search the teacher classes tab under the admin panel and see if we have even made a roster for them. If we have not then you need to add them to that list to make the roster, let the teacher know it will now be on their roster and ask for the dates they were present so we can process their email. ◦ Naomi was only present for tap on 11/30. Please make her roster and fill in excused on the other dates for November. ◦ Additionally her jazz date still has not yet been moved.
