At some point I believe they emailed to update/change the classes they were taking. Did we by chance add them to this list again (duplicate entry) instead of updating their current listing?

Caleb can you clarify steps here/outline what may have gone wrong? I might be incorrect in my guess above

if they are on the manual entry page (siblings) then you should edit the existing entry rather than add a new one

still need to talk with Ava first to confirm her day before talking with Ashley and Thais

it should be automated, but when I checked it Tuesday I noticed the same thing. Might be a bug there

GH Tickets are also automated now, and so is sending emails. But yes, the continuing process is NOT automated (yet... :smile: )

BUT That issue for contacts being automated was only fixed 2 days ago. So I haven't had a chance to see if it is actually fixed yet, as we haven't had any new trials since then

• send a similiar (or copied and pasted) version of that email to the comp group

• message staff general channel to also remind of closure

• It looks like info is still shifting on the current trials sheet (see mia for example). Idk if you’re able to fix that or not though

• I *have* to measure Khang, Shayona, and Zalen today

there's a lot to think about here, I don't think right now is the best time for me personally to think about this and potential solutions. But I'll set a reminder for myself to look at this.
