Yes. When you attack a location with a broken die you will damage the closest die. You still get bonus for the target location. There is a section in the encounter rule book for broken die.

Just think of it being two different things - the arc you are attacking from, which affect abilities, and from that arc you attack closest die and if broken, next closest.

yeah, it's just that the rules said "attack the closest hit die" and the "closest hex" but there isn't a die there if it's broken. so just wanted to make sure.

Probably yes

When a card like backstab says: + 5 damage gain a . Can you use the lethality token for that attack, or do you get it after the attack?

After, the attack is the first part +5 dmg.

thanks and one last quest. Let's say I have card X in CD 1. I play 0 CD card to battleflow that card. What's the order of resolving? 1. Card X goes to 0, then 0 CD card goes there, and card X goes to hand. 2. 0 CD goes to 0, then card X goes to 0.

In general, you fully resolve a card before putting it into the zone and performing battleflow.

I have so far assumed reroll tokens can be used any time you roll, except when explicitly stated otherwise. But I’m no expert on the game…

You get a free redraw for that attack, not a token

No, don't remove your abilities for an injury card. The injury cards are additional cards you must play at the start of each round.

||the effects are based on your plague level, correct.|| When injury cards are placed, they do not battleflow other cards. They are similar to items. They will be battleflowed like normal if they are in a spot where an ability card is going to land.

Oh…. Was playing wrong. I haven’t had any injury cards so far… I was playing the injury card as soon as I had it on hand! And not at start of round!! So was impacting me much more often than it should. And it was battleflowing when placed, which helped me. So hope it kinda balanced out but will play correctly going forward. Thanks!
