If I use a defense card when getting attacked, can I use another card that has an interruption rule or am I only allowed to play one card per attack I take?

You can play both. You just can't use the interrupt on the same card you use as defense card.

Is it possible to take 0 damage? example: 5 defense and 4 damage would be 0.8, rounded down is zero?

thanks, i guess thematically i was just thinking that if she's using that element over yonder that the spell should originate from that space.... like if she's making ice spikes using that puddle on the floor over 10 feet, it would make sense that the ice would come from that same puddle

instead of from her hands

Thematically, she is consuming the energy from the fire or ice, and using it to create more fire or ice. She is the catalyst and the centre of the event.

We keep getting mixed up on knockback against map edges. In a scenario like this where red blob boss does Knockback 2 against the Cur, how should this work?

From rule book: ... If knocked backed past the edge ... Stop at the board edge. This rule is applied for all characters

Maybe you confuse it with enemy movement, which will bounce off the edge?

I'm sure we've definitely mixed up the two in the past

So in a case like above then nothing would happen?

Which is ironically what we actually did, we thought it would go one off then bounce one back and end up in the same place

My thought was the Oathsworn would bounce back into the enemy.

Hmmm I thought they bounced off the edge at an angle. Guess I need to read the rules too. You bounce off obstacles if you’re knocked back into them don’t you?
