The Ursus will end up in the empty hex to the north west of her current position with the tribesman ending to south east of the bonemaiden.

This is due to the way move firstly away works at the top right of p21 ERB

Because the Ursus will then no longer be adjacent to the other tribesman they will not hook the Ursus and wont move

I think we did that right too, beat the Scar Tribe but one character got knocked unconscious.

Yes. The exception to this is if you break multiple HP die at once. For example, if the Chieftain was the last man standing and you had both of his HP dice at 1 and then you somehow broke both in a single attack you would resolve 1 reaction card for the first of his HP dice broken and then for the 2nd one the battle would immediately end.

We got this mainly right then, just had the reaction focus part wrong but I think it didn't matter a lot of the time anyway with the cards that we had thankfully

So, tomorrow I will play this chapter with second group once more, and I wanted onr clarification for several die break ||If a huntress for an instance use falcons for 2 enemies to knockback each into another, and both will die with that stuff, do they stay on board, do a reaction for broken die and then 'die, or both will be removed from board, both die will be moved from board and reaction will be done with remaining scar tribes? ||

I know how it is with single big enemy but not here

Yep second one unless they are the last two left on board. In which case iy will be remove 1, leave the last, perform reactions, then last one dies.

Man, the deepwood map was so cool at the start of this chapter but it ended up being a super frustrating experience. I think i just got really unlucky with my exploration choices because I basically followed along the blocked wall along the south and east part of the map and did a giant circle before I found where i was supposed to go

Doing it with the book was one of the most frustrating board gaming experiences I've ever hd.

Highly recommend the app if Deepwood exploration ever comes up. I'm not an App guy but the difference is night and day

I just feel like the map layout was kind of frustrating and misleading. You know that the city is to the southeast, but there is one specific part of the map you need to go to get there because everything else is blocked off. So if you don't find that opening you will lose a ton of time just wandering aimlessly

Actually...||you, the characters, think the city is SE but if you look at the map and clue in the journal you might realise that's not quite the case. I didn't and got quite lost ||

We've limited table space and what with laying out the cards and not having space for the story book on the table it did add more fiddliness and we lost track of our location a couple of times. I think being able to rest the book on the table and leave a marker on the section would have helped, we thought that we may go for the app next time also for this segment type but we'll see

I typically am a journal guy. But in this game it feels kind of poorly designed.

Thats a valid point. Cant really criticize it, since I dont use it.
