You mean if I'm creating a PR with a fix?

I mean did you find a solution at all? Or just having to manually remove the TODO: title each time

just had an amazing experience using dendron doctor to resolve bad boys on my team who were not using lookup to create notes. (probably copy and pasting). some people had notes and didnt even have frontmatter! it was a great experience using the doctor to fix this stuff, what a great feature. question: is there any way i can use the doctor command or something else to "lint" pull requests into the dendron repo? so check for things like missing frontmatter, duplicate keys etc on CICD?

https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/ZeC74FYVECsf9bpyngVMU/#regeneratenoteid anyone know if there is a command for this which doesnt change all of the noteId's, but just "lints" / checks frontmatter to see if its good? to which i can error out and say "Is your frontmatter well formatted?" or something like that if i get an exit code 1

I wish the the line in code block can also have a hash to achieve block-level linking, so when I write some article about coding, that will help to explain my idea

Is it possible to "Dendronize" Alexander Rink's test fileset?

Is the test file set the one linked in this thread or a different one? I'm working on "Dendronizing" certain docsets at the moment, so could look into it

Just got the idea since Kevin mentioned that Dendron needs frontmatter to be efficient and Rink didn't benchmark it yet

Hi everyone, When you enter a tag in the frontmatter (FM) you don't get the intellisense suggestion. So to be sure that I don't make mistakes in tag names I usually start writing the tag in the note first using the `#name-of-the-tag`before copying it in the FM. Is their a way to port the autocompletion for tags in the FM ?

This should do it (tagging @Raphaël and @kevins8 just for inclusion): - https://github.com/ScriptAutomate/10000-markdown-files Stats for me (I imagine may differ depending on client system? At least for initial workspace load time?): - First load of workspace, where Dendron generates cache: 4min 19sec - When workspace is reloaded/opened anytime after following the initial first load: 6sec - Size of
    .dendron.cache.json
    generated: 8.6mb

Ah, I had a feeling you were referring to something else so was surprised when you said it was the one. Well, I suppose I'll add that to the list. Not sure when I'll get to it if someone else doesn't. Maybe this month or next month 😅

im not sure what happened (could be on my end), but i used to see the og:metadata when i pasted the link in a social channel i.e. discord. a while back it looked like this, it just said "sign in - gitlab", and then something changed and all the links i shared actually showed the title of the note i was sharing, which was awesome. now it's back to "sign in - gitlab". just pasting this here because i'm curious if this is something on my end or if dendron changed something with the og:metadata field

Hmmm so: - Example: https://gitlab.com/docsgarden/dg-msft-virtualization Could it be that your links are to a private repo of some kind?
  • d

yeah, it is a private repo, but even so it used to show the correct metadata with a private repo

Yeah, I have a feeling they don't want that metadata to be easily accessible without sign in 😅

In published? I couldn't find a way I think, I raised a FR for something similar it would make sense for this to be added on https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/issues/2885
