The problem was that the Markdown import can only import about up to 1500 notes at a time. After the 10000 notes are correctly indexed Dendron is amazingly fast - as promised. Thanks!!!

hm i tried that and its still persisting for me - wonder if its related to the lock icon i am also seeing now? also i am not sure what that does, as a user i hovered over it to try to see, i think that could be nice as an alt text

ahh the infamous lock icon

the lock icon lets you lock the preview in place so that it doesn't change even when you change editors

if you start a new workspace, does the preview work?

Where is the #general chat and why are there so many channels?

Dendron can do a lot of stuff, and not everybody uses it for the same reasons (#940064438910865460 and #783027389919658025 are some examples), but also there are a variety of community channels that have different purposes. Understandable.. dendron is purty powerful but, too many empty/dead channels is never good.

Hey guys! I'm new user of Dendron. Previously I used obsidian and I really like obsidian query. Could Dendron do something like Obsidian? (creating tables via query, display all task with tags, display certain files via quering meta-data and display this metadata). Thank you for answer.

i've got a fairly annoying bug. i have a note that is not getting published to the dendron published site. there are two items under the hierarchy procedures.adhoc.post-mortems.2022.08.05 and procedures.adhoc.post-mortems.2022.08.26. there are two differences between them in the frontmatter. in the former note, double quotes are used, and there is no description set. in the latter note, single quotes are used, and there is a description set. please let me know if there are any other details i can provide to shed light on this issue.
