when putting a markdown link the header like ## Here [blah](https://google.com) the space between here and blah is not respected. it renders as "Hereblah" instead of "Here blah" on the published site. is this expected behavior w/ markdown?

The ordering here is wrong and the formatting is wrong towards the end, for which there is an outstanding issue...

Here is more information, I noticed my coworkers screenshot had a different icon in the preview window. And wasn’t showing the dendron lock icon, so I checked if she had a conflicting extension. I didn’t see a conflicting preview extension

Then what i did was asked her to open the file and then press command c, instead of doing command c in the finder window with the item highlighted. This worked and the screenshot then successfully rendered

It appeared to be, because when my coworker pasted it to me in discord it properly copied over and transmitted the file

That I believe is the built-in markdown preview for VSCode.

firstly, if me pasting in feedback is really unhelpful, lmk, and i'll do my best to use a more helpful interface (i.e. github issues).. with that out of the way: i kind of dislike that when i try to create a scratch note w/ cmd + shift + s it just opens w/ a period like this .. similarly, i also find it a bit unhelpful that when i have something highlighted in some arbitrary note, and i want to create a scratch note, that it uses the highlighted text as the scratch note filename. maybe this is useful for some, but i'm just reporting that it provides friction for me

that's the default configuration. you can change it via https://wiki.dendron.so/notes/3i4ABJutl7NGeXRHTnUEC#scratch

feedback: i don't think "?" is useful in the published site lookup menu. i feel like most search bars default to fuzzy search and then will prioritize exact match lookups as well, if that makes sense. i think the user should just be given a search bar and the search intelligently handles the query

i actually default to prepending "?" fwiw

maybe useful isn't the right word, i'd say unnatural maybe / not ergonomic. maybe there is a solution in dividing the results of the search into filenames and full text search

Is there an issue with links within the same document being broken? I can't seem to find anything on this (not sure if I'm just searching using the wrong keywords)

Someone opened a discussion: https://github.com/dendronhq/dendron/discussions/3529. Does this describe the same issue you're experiencing? I'm currently investigating the issue

it feels like there is a race condition issue with autocomplete on regular links like [[some.link]] , is that just me? it doesn't always pop up. and when i tab into a part of the slug, it doesn't show an autocomplete dialog for the next level of children
