Have you tried without the copy option on?

What James said - turn off the copy option. I typically just redirect to the root of the user profile instead of some long path in appdata. Unless they fixed it I am pretty sure if you try to redirect to a path that doesn't already exist it will bomb.

The redirection part is working fine, and yes you can redirect to a path that does not exist, it will create the required folder an files once the redirection path is read by the system.
