I need to plan a migration of a citrix site 1912 vad with some constraints: The netscaler cannot be migrated and is not currently managed by the customer, even the netscaler license currently in use is not known. The esxi vcenter is not managed and visible by the customer, it must be created new in the new datacenter. App layering with elastic layer and user layer with win10 vdi is used. The customer's office is connected in vpn to the datacenter where all the services are provided. I was thinking of creating an additional vpn to the new datacenter and planning a migration of the existing servers and the creation of a new netscaler and vcenter. How would you go about avoiding as little downtime as possible? It is mostly about moving DDC + SF + ELM + Windows File Server, vdi can be reassembled easily with elm.
