hey all, having this trouble with (2) stratodesk clients at the moment, support says its related to h264 somehow, but can't really give me any details. nothing has changed on the devices nor the citrix side of things in months. anyone seen anything like this before? user goes to launch a desktop and 90% of the screen goes white like this.
