02/28/2022, 9:24 PMFigured it out, some sort of GPO problem...the settings are in the GPO and GPRESULT shows the GPO is applying, but those settings are still absent in the registry. Oddly if I put those registry keys in the same GPO, they do propogate OK. Then redirection works
