Needs an update to include cyber security

Honestly, pretty straight forward. If Citrix is involved, then it’s a Citrix issue.
And of course it’s not.

If the word Citrix is anywhere, Then they blame it.

If I could get all my time back when I troubleshot something they said was Citrix, and turned out it's not. I would have like years of time back.
