I'm having issues getting to Citrix Legacy Console from WEM service? Two different customers, from two different machines. One time I got this: The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred. Is anyone else seeing this? Web Console is fine it appears

Can confirm legacy mode takes quite a while to load if it hasn't been opened for a while. I envision a machine being provisioned and booted when the legacy console is called. It will exist for a time period but if not called again for a while, you'll be back to waiting for it to load.
