Does anyone have an issue with WEM agents taking several days to 'check in'. We're DaaS and seems this issue has persisted for a long time

Yup. Only way I have gotten them to check-in faster is to have the maintenance machine they are built from to be part of the same configuration set, and to do an agentcacheutility -r -s -i on that machine when I seal it.
