Yes I have seen this. I was able to setup the Desktop Lock for an On-Prem CVAD environment years ago and that works just fine. But for Citrix DaaS in Citrix Cloud it doesn't seem like it will work so I was curious if anyone came across getting it to work there.

Are you using Storefront or Workspace. I dont think you can connect to workspace

For Citrix DaaS we aren't using the storefront.

Desktop Lock works with Storefront only I think

That is what I was thinking as well most likely. Was curious if someone got it to work for Citrix DaaS or at least has a link that shows that it is officially only for Storefront.

Yes I see it. Thank you. Do you know by any chance if you add a Storefront server to Citrix DaaS does it require an On-Prem Netscaler still?

Yes it does

Yeah I figured that would be the case. Then that kind of defeats going to the Cloud if you need to have On-Prem Servers still.

Lots of our customers keep Storefotnts and Gatweay and still go to cloud to get the updtaes automtically
