What is the best practice as per law. Do you have any document which I can use to buy in from my leaders

02/28/2023, 5:21 AMS&E Act does not speak about probation period, but may mention the number of working days required before granting of certain number AL/EL/PL (Eg : Maharashtra S&E)
This can be used as a probationary interpretation and granted accordingly

02/28/2023, 5:23 AMIf probation is for 6 months but employee don't receive any training during probation they work similar to full time employees and have to complete the goals in same fashion no training or no orientation
