What is the ideal HR tech stack that you would recommend for a potentially high- growth company and for a company still gaining it foothold?

Breaking this into these buckets: 1. HRIS - for lifecycle management and payroll 2. EX tools - for gauging employee experience and surveys 3. ATS - for hiring (the top HRISs have this clubbed) 4. Communication tools like Slack, Gsuite, Teams The magic number for most HRIS/Tech stacks hovers around 400-500. Products like Darwinbox, Peoplestrong, Success Factors, Workday only make sense when you are beyond these headcounts, both from ROI and sheer features standpoint. Any other HRIS can cater to below these numbers, and in cases, above too. Ideally, go with a product which checks off maximum boxes against your asks. ATS is necessary from the onset and EX depends on how much you value employee health scores. This is my list of tools I've come across: HRMS → Keka, Zimyo, Freshworks, Razorpay, BambooHR Darwinbox, SAP Success factors, Oracle Fusion, Workday OKR → Mesh, Peoplebox, Profit.co, Ally, Superbeings Engagement → Engagewith, HuddleUp, Culturemonkey, Culture amp, Empuls Ai driven ops tools → Leena, Infeedo Recruitment ATS → Lever, Dover, Freshteam, Zoho recruit, Greenhouse, Jobvite, Workable, Smartrecruiters, Talowiz
