How was the transition from TA to HR?

Well, I personally feel I use basic instincts in most of my work as an HR. I just follow 1 rule. Would I like someone doing that to me? If the answer is NO. Then I ensure we practice that. Transition was as organic as it gets. I don't come from fancy HR universities, all I had was people who were always there to help and one thing that helped while scaling is, founders who are willing to trust.
