What made you move from HR to Chief of Staff?

Primary reason behind moving to CoS role was more business exposure on product, growth and operations level – having more deeper level understanding of certain things and at the same time urge to do more for the org. Although, I had the exposure to most of the things being a TA/HR as well, I realised I do not make a cut for being an HR only, wanted more from life. I never asked for CoS role but founders thought I'd make a great fit for it.
