@Abhishek, the first step will be to have a job evaluation exercise, which will compare roles internally and externally. For example, an Accounts Executive may be senior or junior to a Recruitment Executive, based on this exercise. So, jobs will be classified into grades (or levels), which could be different from the titles - each grade will have a fixed range and range midpoint.
