Hi Everyone, I'm curious to know how do you manage parity among employees with similar years of experience but difference in their CTC? How do you avoid such conflicts within employees? There are situations where someone has higher skillset irrespective of their years of experience and they would off course deserve a higher package?

It totally depends on the company's view, some pay is based on tenure, based on skills, based on role, based on market based on performance. companies go with +_20% from the midpoint salary that the company decides. however, some companies have broadband salary range which means, with the same job title, employee will be working for many years and the salary range will be larger like 8 LPA to 15 LPA
