Hi Everyone, If an employee's rating during performance appraisal was Needs improvement and was put under PIP plan for two months, now after successful completion of PIP will be increment be effective april'23 or effective from the month they complete the PIP?

not from April'23, after PIP, have a revised performance rating, as per company policy, make salary revisions and you can have it effective immediately the same month or next month
