07/25/2023, 8:34 AMJust a suggestion as a CNB expert. Whenever you want to understand a market position for any role. NEVER ask range in an average mode. From a CNB lens any data set related to ranges are created keeping in mind the internal salary range or external midpoint of that particular role. Average range is a very wrong ask to compute market study.
