Hello! I am looking for your assistance in introducing a National Pension Scheme (NPS) in our company for employer contribution. We would like to introduce an employer contribution scheme under the NPS to provide our employees with an additional retirement savings option. We are aware that implementing the NPS scheme can be complex to restructure existing CTC structure, and we would appreciate your guidance in this matter.

Hi @Deepak Gallani, one more thing to keep in mind is, you can make NPS mandate across employees unlike PF.

@Deepak Gallani While we introduced the NPS, we added the amount over the existing one instead of restructuring. Also, it was optional to the employees to opt for it not.
