Stacker does not have radio buttons, but you may find this useful: https://stacker-customers.slack.com/archives/C01CH3HCZR9/p1680993017782709
Depending on the context, one or the other may make more sense. :)

@rough-ability-90113 thx for the suggestions. i'm aware of the css method, which is quite nice, however, each checkbox represents a single choice in each answer, which would mean we'd have to have a checkbox for each option in each question, and that'd be just way too many.

Ah, got it. That makes sense, if there are a lot of them it would be a bit of a pain — though I believe a multi-step form could work for your use case, even if not your ideal solution: https://support.stackerhq.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412621173523-Creating-multi-step-form

i'm afraid that wont work either - the users are students and we're building a food ordering interface. that means there need to be a way to order a particular meal option (out of 6) for each meal of the day (2-3) for each day of the week. i'm afraid nothing else but radio button will work 😕

Aha, the context makes all the difference! Thanks for clarifying. So, I know from experience that it isn’t super user-friendly, but a lot of the time when I’ve selected an inflight meal from an airline’s website, it’s just been in a dropdown menu. Are you sure this wouldn’t work? (On the plus side, as much as I don’t like this UI particularly, it has the advantage of making it easy to select an option for multiple meals, on multiple days at once, if desired, and also scales rather well.)

interesting.. what do you mean by "multiple days at once"?

There are so many different ways you might need/want to set something like this up, so to keep it simple I just mean having a form that the student selects from for multiple meals on multiple days:
