If I’m understanding you correctly, and you manually (or using an automation) to add the links to an embed, that’s not something Stacker can update for you. Stacker will automatically refresh attachments in the table, but when you’re using something outside of that which Stacker cannot sync from Airtable it’s inevitable that the links will expire. It sounds like you may have already worked around that by using an automation to grab the new links either from Airtable itself or from the table data Stacker is syncing to refresh periodically though, so it sounds like you should be all set.

Ok, good to know. For anyone who is wondering how I did this, I created a webhook trigger using Make.com for whenever an embedded Airtable attachment (like a PDF document) is requested, resulting in a fairly automation cost overall, since it’s request based:
