Basically just looking for a faster and easier way to reference maps in Stacker based on a named area instead of a street address location as recorded in the supporting Airtable base. I have lat/long coordinate fields in Airtable to support this but am trying to move past the manual cut & paste operations just to get a map to display as an iframe in a Stacker Embed field in a layout. I have switched to new Stacker, and the filters "is current user" and "is not current user" are not available there, the filters "is current user's" and "is not current user's" + User Profile doesn't work in the same way. Any ideas?

Better maps and map tools for Stacker - I deleted my previous post asking questions about embedding various map sources in Stacker now that I’ve had a little more time to tinker with several of the mapping platforms out there including Google Maps, Open Street Maps, Bing Maps and Apple Maps. Getting map displays appearing in Stacker is still far from a satisfyingly simple thing and I’m hoping someone out there with more experience than me has some better techniques and recommendations, but for what it’s worth my notes on my recent experience and experiments is attached for your reading pleasure.

I have a question about the New Contact form in Stacker. In my Airtable DB, I have separate tables for Contacts and Companies. This is useful when several people work at the same company. Here's my issue - in Stacker the New Contact form shows a dropdown to select the Company that the Contact is associated with, however I am not able to add a new Company if it is not already in the DB. Is it possible to add a new company directly from the New Contact form? The workaround is to first enter in the Company, then add the contact and select the company that was just added, but that feels clunky. Thank you for your help!

Security Question: Can someone explain the security between Stacker (Classic) and Airtable. When creating the link between them, we use an Airtable sharing link with password. I have this morning updated the passwords in Airtable expecting Airtable to refuse Stackers connection to sync however the outcome was that data was still able to flow freely between the two. Is this normal?

I am developing in Astra - I'm having an issue with being able to attribute the creation of records to specific users, which is a requirement for my project. In the legacy platform, this was accomplished using the Set Created By function in under settings in the Manage Data module. I don't see this function in Astra. Does anyone have any experience with this and know how to replicate this functionality in Astra?

Hi all, I realise this is stacker slack, however this issue does seem to involve stackerhq unless im mistaken. may need some help regarding the Send an E-mail automation action. We have configured an automation that checks when a record is created in a base, and when one is created it will send an e-mail based on the created record. Part of that e-mail includes an attachment (the settings of that are pictured) This automation works most of the time, however on occasion the automation will fail to run at the Send an email step. Specifically the error states 'An attachment URL' is disallowed. Upon inspection, it looks like any emails that are sent featuring attachments fail. and Successful runs are the ones that don't attempt to include attachment. In our environment there are other automations in other bases that uses attachments in sending incorporating various other formats e.g. word, excel however these do send consistently. The attachments are hosted in airtable, and this is an airtable automation that sends the e-mail, however it appears to be trying to insert a cdn.stackerhq link which looks to invalidate the attachment. In other cases where this implementation works, the airtable URL is preserved Any advice would be greatly appreciated, and if you need more info let me know. Thanks for your time.
