you first find early adopters and then you build the product, not the other way round. how did you build the product in the first place? who said they needed it badly enough that they'd pay for it? some questions you need to ask your product manager :)

if you already have PMF and know your ICP well, you can do discovery calls with them to understand:
• what kind of media they consume most often
• what do they care about as a value prop
• when is the right time to reach them
aka your early 0 to 1 GTM plan. that's it, just rinse and repeat.

Organic discovery - WOM, POC with Icp's, one on one demo trials, network and social media followers 

Paid campaign- assessment with leads (b2b) or sales (b2c) from fb/google/linkedin ads

the mailed-by: does having the same domain as the sender improve deliverablity, we use ses so currently see "<http://amazonses.com|amazonses.com>"

and "signed-by" and "from" address what is the reason to not have the primary domain? I get that if you do large scale cold emails to an audience which doesnt like/want whats on offer - that could increased smap and domain score etc

to add more context the "email" sends in question is in-app invites to other employees in the same company

I believe it does, specially if you're using the basic plans of SES and sendgrid? AFAIK they have shared hosting so it could affect deliverability.

I've always adhered to the practice of having my own domain in the custom domain fields of these providers

<@U030SDYNX7V> it depends on what the responsibilities are for the hire. Email deliverability is a continuous process and it's a good idea to keep someone in charge of it and maintain it. Making sure the tech specs are up to date, analyzing inbox placements on apps like glockapps etc, and optimizing campaign metrics are all relevant to having a high email reputation score

I've mostly seen low intent leads with the lead gen agencies. Would love to know if someone had a different experience with any agency

They have a starting plan from $21k per annum. They are good but work best if you have a good inflow of leads coming in from your content marketing. Or it becomes very difficult to justify the ROI of this product.
