    Hi, We are running a self hosted docker setup using EC2 instance. We need to stop/start the instance and the server will be unavailable for half an hour. In the event of data plane server unavailable, how will the events be captured? Will they be queued and processed once the server is up?

    Hi there, we are trying to pass events through to FB ads and Google ads but are not having much luck. To add some more context our site is built in React. We are able to pass some events in FB ads but not the key one (the purchase event). For Google Ads we are getting the following error: Error code 400 {"content-type":"","response":"Missing required value from \"properties.orderId\"","firstAttemptedAt":"2022-04-19T134042.487Z"}

    Identify server side VS client side? Hey hello there, I've integrated the ruby SDK into my app as well as loading the JS SDK in the HTML. On specific actions, I'd like to identify the user. I was thinking on doing it server side but I would need the anonymous ID from the JS client to include it in the serverside identify call. Is there a way to accomplish this? Am I aiming in the right direction? should I consider calling identify only client side (JS)??

    Hey, we had an issue with our 2 Rudderstack pods on helm running out of memory and getting a lot of 5xxs. We had to turn off sending requests to RS during this period. Its stable now and with no requests but both rudderstack servers are still using a a relatively high amount of memory: 32% and 18% over pod limit for each server.

    I try to setup a new goal in Google Analytics using a track event. When I check the GA destination live events debugger, I correctly see my event. When I try to use this event for a GA goal, GA can't find any data. In the doc here it says the Rudderstack track event name correspond to the GA Event Action: https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/destinations/analytics/google-analytics-ga/#track Do you know what I'm missing?     Hello! I’m setting up a Braze destination in Cloud mode to send server events through Rudderstack. On Braze we have several apps in our App Group (one for Android and one for iOS) and therefore several App Keys. Therefore, should I create one Braze destination per App Key?     Hello!, Our team has just setup RudderStack for Google Analytics. But to our surprise, GA is counting excess users now and lesser sessions than the total user count. Looking forward to solutions in case anyone else here faced the same problem

    Also trying to get JS SDK to send events to GA4. The JS source is sending events just fine and other sources receive events, but the GA4 destination doesn't have any events in the Events pane. Am I missing something in setup?

    Hi Team, We are using self-hosted data plane to send events from NodeJs Server to BigQuery (Destination). Around 30% of the events are not being received in the BigQuery tables. The NodeJS SDK gives a successfull callback for all events, also the RS backend logs on my docker container do not show any errors as such. Can anyone please help us out on this? Are we missing on something? Thanks!

I'm having issues finding the DATA_PLANE_URL Is there somewhere a doc/tuto to do so ? There is some lines there : https://www.rudderstack.com/docs/destinations/tag-managers/google-tag-manager/ But do not help finding Data plane URL neither sending an events, Thanks for your help 🙂

    I’m having some trouble setting up Rudderstack to sync events in our dw to amplitude. I’m seeing that I can sync to the user object in Amplitude, but I’m now sure how to associate events with these users. An example table in our dw would have a column for user, event name, and timestamp of the event.
